New Braunfels Utilities’ Main Office Lobby and Drive-Through to Close for Half Day on Wednesday, November 8, 2023
(New Braunfels, TX – November 1, 2023) – The New Braunfels Utilities (NBU) main lobby at 263 Main Plaza, downtown New Braunfels, and drive-through will close at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 8, 2023, to allow our Customer Service employees to attend a training session.
Customers can report an outage by calling the 24-hour Control Center at 830.629.4628 (4NBU). Customers can view our service area’s current electric and water outages in real time by visiting nbutexas.com/report-an-outage.
The Text Outage Notification System is an added convenience that allows NBU customers to report outages and receive text notifications regarding current situations in our service area. To enroll, text NBU to 830.629.4628. To take advantage of this service, you must have a mobile number associated with your NBU account. Learn more at nbutexas.com/text-programs.
Customers can make payments via the following convenient options:
- Online at nbutexas.com.
- Pay-by-Phone, 844.863.7360.
- Western Union Convenience Pay Service at HEB Grocery Stores throughout Comal County, or Arlan’s Market and Ace Cash Express, in New Braunfels.
- NBU Night Drop, located at 263 Main Plaza, just off the drive-through.
