New Braunfels Utilities’ Main Plaza Office and Drive-Thru to Close early for Downtown Lighting

(New Braunfels, TX – Nov. 8, 2024) – New Braunfels Utilities’ (NBU) office and drive-thru at 263 Main Plaza will close at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 22, due to the City of New Braunfels scheduled road closures for the Downtown Lighting and Santa’s Arrival event. NBU’s office and drive-thru will re-open at 8 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 25, for normal business hours.
New Braunfels Utilities customers can report an outage by calling the 24-hour Control Center at 830.629.4628 (4NBU). Additionally, customers can view electric and water outages in our service area in real time by visiting nbutexas.com/report-an-outage.
The Text Outage Notification System is an added convenience that allows NBU customers to report outages and receive text notifications regarding current situations in our service area. To enroll, text NBU to 830.629.4628. To take advantage of this service, you must have a mobile number associated with your NBU account. Learn more at nbutexas.com/text-programs.
