If I have a credit balance, do I still make a payment that month?
April 6, 2026Yes. Your Budget Billing payment stays the same each month, even if you have a credit. Please note that credit balances do not earn interest. If we receive two returned payments due to insufficient funds, Budget Billing may be removed from your account for one year.
